- 2 capatani mici de usturoi (sau una mare) - cam 20 de catei - about 20 cloves of garlic

Intai si-ntai am pus la copt usturoiul, necuratat, in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C, cam 35 minute, pana ce a fost moale la mijloc.
First place the garlic to bake in the not-heated oven, at 400 F, for about 35 minutes, until soft in the middle
Am curatat cartofii - peel the potatoes
pe care i-am pus la fiert pentru 10 minute in apa usor sarata care clocotea: - put them to cook in boiling salty water
Supa de legume se incalzeste si ea in alta oala, se adauga la ea cartofii scursi:
Heat the soup in another pot, add the potatoes
Se pun toate unele peste altele si se adauga usturoiul copt, se mai lasa un sfert de ora. Se adauga sare si piper dupa gust si se decoreaza cu patrunjel, ceea ce eu n-am facut
Put everything together, add the baked garlic and boil for another 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, plus the parsley (missing from my photo)
